Hi Guys,

I am new here and hoping that I got the right thread with this one.

Basically, I have a reasonable knowledge of Mac and general IT stuff, but I have a network issue that really has me stumped..

I recently added a Denon 1912 AVR to my home theater, and was really excited it use its "Airplay" features. I have an airport express distributing the wireless around my house (with airtunes working fine), an old siemens 6520 as my modem, and a bunch of other devices (connected via a Tenda switch) to the network such as, PS3, WD media player etc, which all work perfectly.

My only problem is that I can't pick up the Denon on iTunes or my iPhone consistently. Now I have followed all the Denon documentation perfectly, (internet radio works fine, and the DVR has a working IP address etc..). Even the Denon support guys think my configuration is fine..

The Denon tech guys think that my problem lies with my router and or switch. Apparently I need devices with 'Bonjour support' specifically. I have looked pretty hard, but can't find many products that mention this type of support. Am I looking for the wrong thing? What type of routers and switches fully support Airplay (bonjour) connectivity through iTunes etc..

Any guidance on this issue would be a great help!

Thanks a lot.
