I recently purchased an Eve Motion Sensor for my Homekit. Not sure if this matters, but it's Thread enabled. Using latest AppleTV using tvOS 18, iPhone 16 max pro w ioS 18.1. I tried everything i could think of to add this device to my current Home setup, but constantly get errors that pairing fails. Made sure to switch AppleTV and iPhone that i'm using to pair to 2.4 wifi, etc. Looked through numerous posts around troubleshooting devices, etc. Opened a ticket with Eve Support, but then i tried creating a new Home and was able to add the device with no issue. Despite removing it then from the new home, still cant set it up on the current one. I suspect that the first time i tried to pair the device, it failed for another reason, and now it wont add because a failed device may be present in the current home? Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to see devices that failed to add that may be lingering?

Thanks

Did you find a resolution to your problem? I am having a similar issue with a Netamo Presence. I am trying to add a second Netamo Presence security camera to Home. When I scan the HomeKit setup code I get the error "Accessory Already in Another Home". I believe this may be a result of a previous failed installation of the accessory. I only have one Apple Home so how do I add this accessory?

Not sure if you have fixed this, however have your tried the following:

1. Remove the camera device from the Home App and the Netamo native app (if installed)
2. Reset the camera (usually by press and holding a "reset" button on the device then power it on)
3. Check the device is in pairing mode (usually an LED flashing a certain colour) then use the Home/Native app to pair the camera to your system

My own personal "learned from experience" is ensuring that when setting up the device, make sure you have good WiFi coverage in the area you are setting up the device (or whatever protocol you are using) and make sure you have enough time to play about with it, something that could take 5mins to set up can easily consume half a day!

Good luck!
