I currently have my shortcuts app set to send a "turn off" order to my smart plug when my iPhone battery hits over 80% and over 85%. The reason I have both is that the 80% order never goes through. I receive an "unknown error has occurred" message whereas the 85% always goes through. Initially I thought it was an issue with my network, but I'm beginning to suspect that's not the case since the 80% without fail never goes through and yet the 85% hasn't failed yet. Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing the 80% order to fail?

Have you tried deleting the shortcut and recreating it?

If you have and that didn't work, could you share how you setup the shortcut.

I tried it multiple times actually....

I have a HomeKit smart plug I got off Amazon

When :
When battery level rises above 80%

Do:

Run Turn Off

That's it. That one never works, however, the one that's above 85%, always does.
