HomeKit HomeKit secure video away mode not working

Hi

struggling with getting eufycam2c to work properly with hksv. I’m not sure it’s a camera/firmware issue or if it’s HomeKit that isn’t working as expected.

the setup is when someone is home, the cameras are off, when everyone is away the cameras are set to record and steam.

The thing is that the cameras never leave the home setting and stays off.

the phones are set to not share location to other devices, but it works with other devices, such as Hue.

Anyone have a clue how to make it work?

What’s your router?
I had issues with HKSV not working outside the house with an Asus RT-AC68U.

I upgraded the router firmware to the latest and it resolved the issue (although a Circle 2, not Eufy)

Interesting, I also have an ASUS router, another model, RT-AX92U but it’s with latest FW. At least I can do some more research on that now.
