Homemade Tap Tap Song Server!

So I have an Ipod Touch 2G. Which means that at this time (if ever) i cannot Jailbreak it. This means that i cannot access directories or files on the Ipod.
But, moving on.
I downloaded Tap Tap Revenge and found that you can download more tracks from their servers. Well after looking at these songs, not many interested me. I knew that before Tap Tap Revenge their was (still is) Tap Tap Revolution. Now for TTRevolution people could access their own library and make taps for it. Then these tap files were uploaded to other servers.
I set to work on building my own homemade Tap Tap Song Download Server.
Well now it is (mostly) finished.
Features:
Works on any Ipod/Iphone Jailbroken or not.
Change ads and banners throughout Tap Tap Revenge.
Generate song lists based on what you want.
99% compatible with current Tap Tap Revolution songs

Guess some people might want pics for proof.
If more people are interested in this just reply back or pm me.

And PLEASE. If you have any other place that you think this should be posted let me know.

(One Note: In the images it says 102 songs. While this is true, i have 102 available songs, TTRevenge will only accept up to 63 at a time.)
 
Well.... not too simple.

Well you need a few things. nothing that much though.
1. Ipod/Iphone with Tap Tap Revenge.
2. the song download server software.
3. a way of redirecting your ipod through your computer (need wireless)

then after that all you need to run Tap Tap Revenge. And everything will work.
The most complicated part is redirecting your Ipod/Iphone through your computer.
Here is how i did it. Might be a simpler way, but i couldn't find one.
Need:
Windows XP/Vista
Wireless
Fiddler2 (google it, it is a web debugging proxy. Used for redirecting it to your computer)
And my server.

(Not too easy, need to find a better way)

Create an adhoc wireless network on your computer. Run the web server, leave it in the background. Run Fiddler2. Goto network settings in your Ipod and change the proxy setting to whatever your computers IP Address is, and the port is 8080.
After all of that mess goto safari and make sure that you can still access the internet. (not crucial, but recommended). after that works just run TTR and it should work.

does this supports running songs stored on a NAS or network drive?
 
Well.The server has to be run on a computer (linux, or windows). But, the songs can be stored anywhere that the Ipod/Iphone has access to. Such as internet sites, a NAS, the same computer running the webserver.
Also, not sure if I mentioned this. This works on any Ipod running Tap Tap, regardless if it jailbroken or not.
 
This is very cool ... it looks difficult to me to set up, but it is very cool. Well done!

Did all of this. Why won't it work? Do I have to download your server or something?
EDIT: Guess you do..
 
I will upload the server shortly.

I just need a few days to fix up some stuff. And it will also give me a chance to maybe write a little how-to guide.
All in All it wasn't too difficult. But, i am not jailbroken and wanted custom songs...so i wrote it.
After it is set-up it is really easy. I Promise.
 
Jailbreak Ipod Touch 2G

Just to tell you, you can jailbreak an Ipod Touch 2G...when I had mine, I had it Jailbroken.
