This is a website that has been working fine for months now. A couple of days ago when trying to access the home page www.delifrutperu.com a different page shows up (Apache and cPanel are installed...if you see this instead of the expected page contact the webmaster...etc.). I have no idea what I can do about that...and I'm the webmaster!

A second domain that also points to the same site www.delifrut.com.pe displays everything fine. I've checked with the domain register and they are pointing to the right servers (on both domains).

BTW, besides the home page, none of the other pages will display when accessing them through the delifrutperu.com domain, but at the same time all the other pages work fine as well when access through the delifrut.com.pe domain.

http://www.delifrutperu.com/quienes_somos/quienes_somos.html
is not accessible (404 Page not Found)

http://www.delifrut.com.pe/quienes_somos/quienes_somos.html
works just fine

I've contacted my web hosting service provider and I don't get a response from him yet. I haven't contacted the domain register service yet, as I'm not sure who is responsible for fixing this.

Any suggestions.

TIA

That is a placement/parked page you need to upload your index.html or index.php page to replace that so that your webpage shows up. It may even be called default.html or home.html

Yep, it appears that the page which is loading is index.html, which means you don't have your own index.html page uploaded to the site. You must have that in place for the domain to immediately load your site.

Thanks guys...I've uploaded the index.html page, replaced it with another one (just to test), done it several times and still won't work.

Being that this account is within my reseller account, I was thinking that the next step would be to close/cancel that account and open a new one and upload fresh files there. I'll work on it tonight and post tomorrow.

Thanks again.
