Hi there, my HomePod is relatively close to my MacBook Pro which is docked in at my desk. Whenever I say Hey Siri for my MacBook Pro to listen in and for example open an App, my HomePod seems to overtake and replies instead.

What would be the best thing to todo here? How are you using Siri on HomePod alongside your MacBook Pro?

Thanks

  1. Say: “Hey Siri stop listening”.
  2. Siri will ask you to confirm and will tell you that if you want to turn off Hey Siri you will need to touch the top of the HomePod to get its attention.
  3. Say “Yes” (if you are sure).
