Greetings -
When I was looking over my routers Wireless Clients list I noted two MAC address which just showed the Host Name as ‘unknown’. I knew every other thing, homepod, computer, ipad, phones, etc. So I found a stackexchange article on looking up the first three pairs of the mac address on a registry to figure out the mfg. Very clever. They also mentioned that could be spoofed. But, since the code belonged to ’Apple’, and the only two items I knew were connected but I didn’t see otherwise on the list, were the two Homepod Minis. So, does anyone know how to change the Host Name for the device(s)?

On a side note, my Apple Watch and Ipad were two devices that their MAC address code was not listed on the registry. Weird, mabey the list wasn’t up to date...

Anyway, Thx.
D.
