So I recently bought one of the new unibody MacBook Pros with Thunderbolt. With my old MacBook Pro I used a DVI-to-VGA adaptor and an audio cable to hook up to my TV. Obviously this setup won't work with my new MacBook and I'm wondering what the best way to go would be.

I've done some research and came across both Thunderbolt-to-VGA and Thunderbolt-to-HDMI adaptors. My question would be, does the Thunderbolt-to-HDMI also support audio? Are there any other setups you would recommend that I have not found?

Thanks.

Thunderbolt to HDMI does support audio, and the benefit of this over much any other route is that it's all-digital.

Oh ok. I have read mixed things about that. Thanks. I'll definitely be going that route. Thanks. :)

The mixed things you've heard is that not all adapters support it, and not all minidisplay ports support it, but every thunderbolt mac supports it.
