iPhone %hookslaw problem

I downloaded hooks law and put the speed on really slow. I can get my phone in safe mode to take it out but i would like to have hooks law. When i do remove it from cydia and dowload it again it has the same settings as it had before(Really slow) is there any way to reset those settings to default by removing it?Thanks

You could try iCleaner Pro (Cydia, free) to get rid of the settings. From what I've seen on YouTube, you could get similar effects with the Accelerate tweak, available in Cydia. I can't remember if it is free or paid.

Thanks for the idea, i didnt get to try it out but i got it to work. I just waited for the pages to load and after a while i finally got to the settings page then i changed the settings.
