Horizontal screen divider

How do I fix this pls. The top panel is zoom version of where my mouse cursor is pointed at below. Im not techie so please bear with me. Thank you.

Scroll while holding control key. Check System Preferences -> Accessibity -> Zoom and check the various options if you want

Oh bless you for your kindness! I saw that my zoom style is set to split screen indeed, not full screen. I googled and googled till desperation led me here. Thank you, my dear, for helping out an old folk.🤗
