I am on my fifth iPad Pro replacement the last two came scratch I called AppleCare they were about to offer me a brand new unit but they said they cannot do that because I use the CS code to many times they should’ve told me this to begin with.

they’re saying are used to CS code too many times on my iPhone and on the iPad but they never told me that the CS code was used.

They set me up with an express replacement but I wasted nine hours of my day just to tell me that and express replacement is the best option.

they never told me that my Apple store reopens I would’ve just went to the Apple store and spoke to the manager and get the iPad replaced with a replacement.

I shouldn’t be using one of my incidents for an item that came damaged out of the box what do you think ?

If the next one I get comes damage should I just bring it to the store and speak to the manager?

If there is an issue with the next one, you would probably be better off going into the store with it. By chance, did you take pictures of the damage to the other units you got? It's a good idea to document the problems for your own records.

That's good and all the more reason that, if necessary, you should go into the store - you have proof you can show to the manager if they hassle you.
Right I set it up last night once it ships I will check it but they made me an appointment for Saturday

Is your Apple Store already open/opening this week?

This happened to me before and they tried to say I was using one of my AppleCareuses in getting a replacement. All I did was take the sealed box to my local Applestore and open it infront of the manager showing the horrible conditions they arrive in.
Also go to a different Apple store if possible.

What's a CS code?
