Ever since 9.3 betas and on to the release version I've had horrible WiFi Calling (att) and FaceTime audio signal quality.

I used to use an MCELL in my apartment. Then went full WiFi Calling with iOS 9 and it's been great. But Since 9.3 I've had to go back to MCELL because no-one can hear me clearly with WiFi Calling or even FaceTime Audio.

Pretty bummed about this. Anyone else?

Keep in mind that WIFI calling also runs on your router. It may not be configured correctly or you may need to give a higher QOS to your phone.

Right. It's just that it was working flawlessly before 9.3
Agreed, it probably was working. I'm only pointing out that your WIFI could be the issue as well. 9.3 changed some things and with any tech these days, you may need to reset your router or make sure that the configuration is correct.
