HORRIBLE Wireless connectivity in Windows

I get great wireless connectivity under Mac OS X, since the wireless base is in the room right next to the MacBook Pro, but under Windows XP Home Edition with the Mac drivers installed, I never get above two bars, and connection drops every 20 minutes or so. Any ideas? Windows is completely updated, all boot camp drivers are updated, everything.

Does your computer have Broadcom or Atheros wireless? (Can be found under System Profiler—>Airport Card)
