It's working fine for me so far. I had a separate webhost for about 11 years, and recently haven't been doing a lot with my site and had MM already, so figured why not just throw it on there. I used to use Dreamweaver, but now, my site is pretty basic, and using the iPhoto/iWeb/MM combo is fast, easy, and suits me just fine for what I'm doing. The downside is that they offer no provision for hosting or even forwarding email for your domain name, so you'll need to have a separate email host or at least a forwarding account setup for that.
