Hosting Quicktime files for iPhone use...

I've been trying to launch Quicktime movie files from my website for use on the iPhone, but I've run into problems.

I've encoded the files in Quicktime Pro using Apple's recommended settings, however when I try to access the .mp4 file from my website, the iPhone doesn't go into full screen playback, but instead I get page with nothing but code....does anyone know what is going on?

your web server may not be configured to serve mp4 files
