My guess would be that it comes with eyeTV 2 instead of eyeTV 3. The documentation on the website does not specify. It would be worth looking into before making the plunge.

Crap you're right I didn't think of that. Didn't 3.0 come out after they updated to the 2008 models though? It states that it has ClearQAM support.

Sounds like if you purchase it after 12/1/07 you get a free upgrade. I wonder if this works for Referb. If so, I am def going to buy one!
