Hot Keys

The Hot key for logging out, I believe, is:
up arrow, apple, q right?
But for some reason, I can't find that type of up arrow to logout...how do you do it?

That up arrow in the shortcuts refers to the shift key.

I use Shift, Option, Apple, and Q, all at the same time to quick log out. And then Option+Apple+Eject to sleep if needed.
