My OS is fully up to date. My mail app is Version 15.0. When I click on the 'Mail' icon to get my mail from Hotmail and my other email accounts, Hotmail mail will not download. It still downloads ok on my iPhone just not my Mac.
In the top right of the message pane it says 'login failed'. I click on that then 'take all accounts online' but nothing happens. Connection doctor states there is an issue with either the user name or password. I go to the account to login with my password and it tells me that that account already exists. I've had similar issues before and it seems to right itself after a few days to a week. This time it's been a little longer.
Any help appreciated.
