So I'm pretty sure that my Mission Control is broken! Mine looks nothing like this:

Instead it looks like this:

Any ideas of why it doesn't look right? Am I not moving my fingers correctly over my trackpad?!

hmmm... no, that doesn't look quite right. haha.

Probably just a little bug. Have you tried restarting? I keep finding all sorts of weird glitchy things with the full screen view that look similar. They still have a few things left to iron out.

I've tried everything! I even upgraded to DP4! No luck. :(

Does it do that with all apps? Maybe it's just a Chrome/Lion conflict?

It's every app. Even when I have chrome quit it still doesn't work. I've had this problem with every developer build. I hope the problem does not persist into the final build of Lion!

Thanks definitely not normal, hopefully the issue will be resolved in the final build..

Seeing as you are supposed to be a dev to even install Lion at the moment, you should report the issue. :p

I'm running on latest version (11A480e) and it's working fine.

I sometimes get this weird empty space that gets left behind if I close a fullscreen safari window. It just sits there with the grey background. Just a little weird bug that goes away after a restart.

Use cmd+tab to see the apps that are running in the background, you should probably see safari, switch and use cmd+q to quit safari. Now, you should not see the safari grey screen. And also remember that when you restart Lion you can choose to "reopen windows when logging back in", so if safari was still running it will appear even after restart.

I fixed it! I think...Ok, so if any one else has this problem all I did was create a new user account and logged on as it. The new user account's mission control worked just as it should. I thought I was going to have to transfer all my junk onto the new account so I logged back into my usual account. Come to find out, my mission control in my regular account works fine now!
