How access app stores in other country?

In iTunes, we can set the country to other country. So, is it possible have access to US app store and other country's coexist in my pc?

The best senario is being able to share my US app store account with my friend's and vice versa since I am not even allowed to use foreign(US) credit cards in other country's account.

This question is about to get more and more relevant with ibooks. The ability to have itunes store accounts in different countries will make it much easier to buy different language books.

But I don't actually know the answer to your question.

As far as I know, each iTunes account is tied to a country. So even though I live in Japan, my iTunes store is the US store because I set it up with my US credit card. I assume if I opened an iTunes account under my name using my Japanese bank account, I could switch back and forth between the two countries stores by switching between the two different iTunes accounts. I'm less sure that I could add books and applications from both accounts to a single iPad.

I haven't tried this for iBooks, but I routinely download apps and music from a US and a French account. You must have a credit card active in the country that you want to access (with an address in that country) and you have to log out of one account and into the other....

aside from the PITA of logging out/in each time, I have no problems with content from two different accounts on my iPad.


EDIT: just tried iBooks from my French account on my iPad and it worked fine...
