How are you sorting your apps?

Going nuts at the app store but now my screens are getting cluttered. How are you sorting your apps? One screen for games, one for utilites? Also do you keep 16 apps per screen (not including the bottom bar) ? I kinda like the look of only 12 per screen.

What do you do?

Guess thats better than sorting by color of the icons...

Yeah they need to add in a folder management system now that you can clutter up 9 screens with apps. Would be nice to be able to put all your games into a Games folder for example.
