How big are mp4s used to play on the iPhone?

For those of you who rip your own DVDS and import them onto your iPhones, on how big are the file sizes of a ~2hr movie? :confused:

Well its up to you, how do you rip your movies? I use handbrake and if i'm sticking them on the iPhone make them around 500mb.
