How big would the difference be?

How big would the difference be between 1.83 GHz with 2GB of RAM or the 2.0 GHz with 2 GB of RAM?

For most users the CPU speed difference would be barely noticeable.

There might be a signifigant difference (not worth a few hundred dollars, though) between 2MB and 4MB of L2 cache.
