I've been using Reeder lately and I want to see if there was a way to backup my files, including the items in my feeds (not the OPML of subscriptions, the items in the feeds themselves), my starred items, etc in case something goes wrong. I've been searching "Reeder" in Finder and clicking through the folders but I can't seem to find any files that contain all my data and my feeds. Does anyone know where they are located?

Settings are stored in ~/Library/Containers/com.reederapp.macOS, more precisely in ~/Library/Containers/com.reederapp.macOS/Data/Library/Preferences/com.reederapp.macOS.plist and the default files in the folder ~/Library/Containers/com.reederapp.macOS/Data/Library/Application Support/

Free alternatives to Reeder
NetNewsWire https://netnewswire.com
ViennaRSS https://www.vienna-rss.com

Do those contain the articles in my feeds, out of curiosity?

Also, it seems for me this path is /Users/Victoria/Library/Containers/com.reederapp.5.macOS/Data/Library/Preferences/com.reederapp.5.macOS.plist

God, I really, really wanted to like NetNewsWire but it had an issue where it'd keep unstarring my articles after a few minutes, and keep doing it if I tried to star them again. I can't use a service where I can't confidently save my items. I opened a Github issue about it and the dev has responded with further questions and hopefully he'll be able to fix it.
