iPhone How can I change the region of Apple ID

I'm using iphone 4s and use itunes to register an account. This time, I need to change it's region for some business reason. How can I do it ?
 
I am pretty sure you can't change the region at all. Unless that has changed, you will need to make a new Apple ID for a new region.
