I have installed several extensions. Is there any way to replace the original blue icon with a self-made gray icon to achieve the following effect?

The third icon is MeddleMonkey extension, which has no option to remove the red number at the top right. Is there any way to remove this number or make the color of this number gray?

I think that after these extensions are installed, the system will cache their icons to a system folder. how to find them and replace them with new icons?

You can't change the color of these. These take on your accent color, and indicates that the extension is active when it's colored. (But if you use the gray accent, it's back to being blue.)
