I have 5.0.1 but my iphone downloaded ios 6.0.1,how can I delete the file from my iphone,I am jailbroken.

I have no idea. But as you were advised, a quick Google search would surely give the answer.

As I stated, if you remove it, the software updater will likely just download it again, so I have never worried about it.
I recommend just blocking the install.

So you're saying that even jailbroken my iphone will still download this update?

Also google has not provided any usable results

Thats the folder I asked about.

Anyways, just install Software Update Killer and it removes the downloaded update

I got over 2 GB back
