How can I delete messages search history?

My sister is trying to delete her messages search history but she doesn't know how ( Me either ) Can someone please help me out?

The search records the last 4 - 5 searches. When you do more searches, the older searches get deleted.

Yep tell her to just search a bunch of mundane things and her husband/boyfriend will never know.
