How can I disable the right mouse button?

On what exact input device? Can you be more specific in that regard? Is it the built in trackpad, an external trackpad, any external or specific mouse?

I was referring to my mouse. I found the program USB Overdrive, which can do it.

I know you say you've found a way to disable it, but:

To what end? What are you trying to achieve? There's a lot of useful functionality in right-clicking stuff, so it might be possible to maintain that ability while still addressing your concern.
