Can someone please tell me what is the best way to do a fresh install of Ios 11.3?

I want no lag, no problems, so , i just wanna do a fresh install to be free of any problems.
Which is the best way ? By IPSW , restoring by itunes or how ??

Best way in my opinion is to attach your iPhone to your Mac or PC, open iTunes and do a reset. You'll need to first turn off Find My iPhone. If your phone (which you didn't tell us what you have) has hardware problems, a fresh install won't help.
