iPod touch How can I downgrade my iPod2g from iOS 4.2.1 to iOS 4.0?

Hi guys..

I wanna ask you how can i downgrade my iPod2g from iOS 4.2.1 to iOS 4.0? I thought it should be possible because iOS 4.0 is currently signed. Referred to The iPhone Wiki: https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/SHSH and ipsw.me should it be possible to Downgrade an iPod2g to iOS 4.0.

I already testet following things out:

Info: On my PC is running Windows 10.

- I installed iTunes 10.7
- I put my iPod in DFU Mode
- I installed the official IPSW File
- I edited the hosts file with the comment "#74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com"
- I also set my iPod in PWNED DFU Mode with iFaith.

iTunes shows always the error 1394 after selecting die iPSW File and press on Restoring
I haven't saved the SHSH Bloobs for iOS 4.0.

I downgraded mine to 2.2.1 with iTunes and the IPSW I got from Felix B.
