How can I eject CD

I installed Parallels, & then installed Windows XP. How do I eject the Windows XP CD.

I shutdown Windows XP. The CD icon then appeared on the Desktop, & I was able to eject it by moving it to Trash.

In Windows you right click the ODD in Windows Explorer and it will eject.

In Windows you right click the ODD in Windows Explorer and it will eject.

Wouldn't the eject key mapping util in the Boot Camp disk work in VM environments?
