How can I enable this "leaked" feature?

Hello,
a friend of mine sent me this video where he sustain there is a leaked feature of macOS Ventura. We're from Rotterdam and I don't think is possible to discover here a similar leak from an apparently casual user like this. Practically, what's the name of this feature and can I enable it? I've installed on my iMac the beta 13.1...

Not sure if it’s a secret hidden feature, but it looks like Stage Manager:

Yeah it's similar, for this reason seems an internal feature. But has the comfort to not cover the current application, which particularly annoys me
