I’m on an iPhone 15 Pro, My “Messages” are taking about 50 gbs on my iPhone because there are years of images that I’ve shared with friends and family through imessage over the years. I want to back all these photos up to my computer and free up the 50gb of storage on my iPhone. How do I export the photos in my iMessages?

You can view all media shared by you and your contact by clicking on the contacts icon from the iMessage thread and save from there. Unfortunately you have to do it one contact at a time.

I’m fully aware of how to see all the media I shared with each individual contact but how do I save/extract all the photos and videos that we shared? I know how to save a select photo or video but I have hundreds of photos in that screen it would take me weeks one by one
