One of my emacs has the Devanagari Keyboard input missing, (see screen shots), I was hoping to be able to find the relevent file and copy it over.

I've had a look around using Omnidisksweeper that will show me all the hidden files but I can't find it. I thought it would be in the System Library somewhere.

Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find this file/s and if it would be possible to copy it over.

I've also had a look at the install packages with Pacifist but there didn't seem to be anything there.

Thanks

It's part of /System/Library/Keyboard Layouts/Unicode.bundle -- I notice that on one machine it appears you only have Roman scripts listed, maybe it's buried in the list and just sorted funny? Try clicking the Name column header before you get into the copying hassles.
