How can I get iPhone/iPod Touch apps downloaded from Megaupload to work?

You will need to jailbreak your iPod, as iTunes will not allow you to synchronize illegally obtained applications. There are issues surrounding jailbreaking, but supposedly it has recently become legal in the United States, but the pirating of applications still isn't legal, so I urge you to stay away from such things.
