How can i get more details on shipment status?

Hi all, since Aug 23rd my MBP is shipped but the tracking infi did not change...
Any idea? those who shipped to EU?

Fed-EX actually gives you (somewhat) current shipment tracking:

Click on the track my shipment option in the apple store.

From there a new window will come up and then give you the courier that is delivering it and the tracking number for the courier. Its on the left hand side of the page.

Just go to their website with that number and there should be an option to track it from there in more detail.

try using www.apecode.com

have you tried the http://www.flextronics-logistics.com/site/home.asp website?

I remember I had a lot of frustration when I orderd a MB last year, but eventually I managed to track it properly via apecode

only other thing i can suggest is to post the problem onto the apecode board - if you haven't already.

Next time you could save $20 and go with regular shipping. That's what I did and mine left China on 8/13 and was delivered to me in CT on 8/16.
