How can I make a scrollbar like this one?

I am working on the portfolio section of my website, and would like to do a horizontal scrolling gallery.

I saw this on another site and wonder how to make the scrollbar look like the one in the image. Any ideas?

Thanks. I think I'm going to try and get flexcroll to work. Mooflow is not my cup of tea. I'm going for a more sleek, professional look. Don't get me wrong, I love coverflow, just not on my website
