Apple Music is basing nearly all the recommendations for music for me on play counts from my junior high and high school years. Needless to say the music is not my taste anymore. But no matter how much I manually play what I like, it keeps bringing back that old music. The music is not in my library... it remembers based on when I subscribed to Apple Music in 2017 for a time. At that time in 2017 my old iTunes library was in there, and it got uploaded. I left for Spotify because I didn't like Apple Music. I'm trying it out again... but even without having those songs in my library, it continues to recommend songs I don't like.

The Apple ID I use for Apple Music is assigned to my Verizon account to give me my "free" Apple Music subscription. Changing the Apple ID to a new one to reset Apple Music is not possible - Apple points the finger at Verizon, and Verizon's customer service is so inept that they are clueless.

How do I reset Apple Music?!
