how can I make discord lite of dosdude work?

Hi, as I wrote in the title, how i can make discord lite of dosdude work?
I'm not a expert of "proxy" or anything else like that, I tried everything, but I had no success.
if someone is kind enough to help me, I will be really gratefulI!
(my machine is a iMac g3 with Mac os 10.4.11)

Apparently he added socks proxy support in the latest release, but i havent the slightest idea how to set one up. The usual https proxies like squid will not work for this app. Discord-lite is pretty much broken on anything older than 10.9 unless you can figure out a socks proxy.
