iPod touch How can i make iOS 4.1 Usable in 2024?

Not sure what you want to use it for, if you mean for playing music it can probably still do that.
iOS 4 is nearly 15 years old and no longer receives app updates. My iPad 1 with 5.1.1 is basically just usable for browsing the web, and even that is tricky.
