How can I make my windows partition larger?

Right now its at 10gb, and its not enough for system stability( 5bg used, and running games off external firewire)... i would like to give windows a few more gigs for more stability, can I do this without reformating windows( im in germany and my windows disk is in Az)

if you want to do it from the mac size there is a command line trick which is talked about here.
