Hi,

I've been trying to find how to emulate this look (from the Litho icons). But have been unable to find how, or to come up with an idea of how to do it in Photoshop.

Here is a picture of the icons: (thanks for any help:))

Well I would say that you will have the most success with the Mister Retro "Machine Wash" filters for the texture which would be the only tough part to do in Photoshop without the filters.

You can check out the collections they have (and be sure to click the "Testdrive Machine Wash I (or II, III or IV) filters" below each collection to get a feeling for all the cool aging effects they offer. You can find the filter page at this page.

There seems to be many noce textures there. The first package (form first post) is also nice, tho expensive for the little use I'll give them.

Thanks anyways.:)

Draw up the shapes/icons in Illustrator or Photoshop, then overlay a distressed texture that you've put through a threshold as a clipping and screening layer over them.

Thanks for the link but I can not access the site. The following will show:

Do you have static IPs?

Btw, how to write/type ] with a Mac keyboard?
