I used to have this option on the main iPod options page, but as of iTunes 9 it seems to have vanished. Lately I'm running low on iPod space and would like to disable the album art. But I can't find a way to turn it off. I don't want to delete the art from iTunes itself, as I like having it on the computer...

Help would be appreciated. I have a 8GB Nano 3G if that helps anything. Mac OS 10.6, iTunes 9

I'm having this same problem, I've got no solution but hopefully someone does.

Seems kind of foolish that Apple decided to remove the option from the newest iTunes...

This really is ridiculous. I have an 8GB as well, and I used to be able to have almost 2000 songs on there, but now I have 1350 or so.

Alternatively, if there is no option to disable the artwork transfer, can we revert to an older version of iTunes?
