how can i put moives into my iphone without wait a long time

hello im using "net dragon" software to put songs/moves and application on iphone.. but it take ages to put movies into my iphone.. about 1.3hrs to put in..
anyone have any suggestion for it?

are they being converted? that could be why. But otherwise use iTunes. It took me about a minute or so put a 1gb movie on my iPhone the othe day.

can you tell me how do i do it on Itune?
because that is my first time to do that..
i don't get it how to put move/songs on it..
can i just draw movies into Itune?

Connect your phone to your Mac/Pc thru the USB cable first, then drag any movie/song you like into iTunes.. Sync.. You're done!

In the options of your phone in iTunes go to the movies or video tab and choose what to sync.

it won't let me do that..
and when i click sync al my songs gone -_- meh!
have to reput on iphone.. grrr
