Universal How can I record the browsing history on my IOS device covertly?

I have a couple of IOS devices that are in general use by a number of people however something has flagged up in the browsing history that I am not comfortable with.

I am looking for a recommendation for an application that I can use on the devices to capture their usage and log it - preferably to a web service.

Can anyone recommend something suitable?

What was it?! I'm so intrigued. I've been tracking this topic since its been posted, to see if anything would come up lol. But, I not personally know any apps that do that on mobile.
