I inadvertently let my iPhone sync contacts and calendars with my macbook.

I already have it syncing what I want via Exchange (Nuevasync), and now I've ended up with duplicate calendars and loads of contacts in my address book I don't want.

I switched off the sync and re-synced the phone, but the groups and calendars I don't want are still on the phone (though now the groups are called "On My iPhone" rather than "On My Mac").

How can I delete them?!
