How can I signup for a new unlimited 'data only' iPhone plan as cheap as possible?

Just as the title asks, I have no service and a 3G unlocked iPhone.

I need to sign up for new service (post- or pre-paid) for as cheap as possible per month as long as it's unlimited data/email. I don't want text or voice.

Can anyone advise how to do this?

I've done some research and Tmobile has a 9.99 unlimited plan, but I'm assuming this is only with voice? Here is part of the picture:

If you can get a fork to pierce your eardrum, I think they have to give you a data only plan. Doctors note suggested.

PS Try to be deaf too.
