How can i store all Apple Loops and Garageband loops on an external drive?

i have my T5 1TB SSD connected to my Macbook Pro at all times, my macbook only has 128gb built in and i don't want it to be full, i currently only have the ESSENTIAL sound package of garageband installed, How can i move that to an external drive and have garageband read it from there? id also like to download the FULL sound package of garageband which is about 10gb of additional needed storage space and id like to store that on the external drive as well.
